Mushroom and Cabbage Lasagne
No I jest you not, I created this recipe and it's way better than it sounds. Honest. Maybe I should have called the cabbage 'chou' or something.

White Sauce:
600ml milk
20g plain flour
Chopped onion (red for colour)
Chopped pepper
Knob of Butter
Sprinkle of pepper/salt
Other stuff:
Ingredients (rough amounts)
400g of Mushrooms
400g of Cabbage
Dried lasagne sheets
Cheese to sprinkle on top.
Sauce.
To Make: Put the butter in a pan and melt. Add the milk, onion and pepper. Stir until it starts to boil then turn it down and pour in the flour. Keep stirring and keep adding flour. Then leave to cool. It should be runnish, with floaty bits.
The rest:
Boil up the cabbage for two minutes. Then drain.
Fry the onions in a dry pan until they start to brown.
Pour some of the sauce into your dish. Then put lasagne sheets on. Put a layer of cabbage. Pour on some sauce. Layer of mushrooms, layer of lasagne, layer of cabbage with sauce poured on. Pour the rest of the sauce on top then sprinkle with cheese. Cook in the oven at 180o for 30 mins!
